STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all deliveries by Seitz Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) to consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly can neither be attributed to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.
2. Contracting Party
The purchase contract is concluded with Seitz Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt), represented by Managing Director Etienne Paul Klaus Ludwig Seitz, Kirchfeldstraße 50, 76706 Dettenheim, Commercial Register: Local Court (Amtsgericht) of Mannheim (Germany), HRB 738339.
3. Conclusion of Contract
3.1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely an invitation to place an order.
3.2. By clicking the button [Buy/order with obligation to pay], you submit a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email immediately after receiving your order.
4. Right of Withdrawal
4.1. If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person placing an order for a purpose that can neither be attributed to your commercial nor your self-employed professional activity), you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with legal provisions.
4.2. If you make use of your right of withdrawal as a consumer pursuant to Section 4.1, you must bear the regular costs of returning the goods.
4.3. In all other respects, the right of withdrawal is governed by the provisions set out in detail in the following
4.3.1 In addition, the Seller grants a free 10-day right of return for digital products (such as e-books).
Cancellation Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Seitz Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Kirchfeldstraße 50, 76706 Dettenheim, Email: admin@edgarsfishchannel.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. Prices and Shipping Costs
5.1. The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components.
5.2. In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate of 6 euros per order for delivery within Germany (for physical products only). The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page.
5.3. In the case of payment via cash on delivery, an additional fee of 10 euros is due, which is collected locally by the delivery agent. No further taxes or costs apply.
6. Delivery
6.1. Delivery is made only within Germany via DHL/Hermes/Deutsche Post.
6.2. The delivery time is up to 3 days. Any differing delivery times will be indicated on the respective product page. Digital products are delivered within a few minutes via online account.
7. Payment
7.1. Payment is made using the payment method chosen by you. Options available include PayPal, Klarna, Amazon Pay, credit card, and many others.
7.2. If the prepayment method is selected, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
9. Warranty for Material Defects
9.1. Seitz Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is liable for material defects in accordance with applicable statutory provisions, in particular Sections 434 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB).
9.2. An additional warranty exists for the goods delivered by Seitz Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt) only if this was expressly stated in the order confirmation for the respective item.
10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
